We are now supporting approx. 4,000 people across approx. 250 organisations. This has allowed us to focus on high quality Project Delivery and Customer Relationship Management via the Head of Project Delivery and Head of IT Service Relationship roles. We have also boosted the Customer Response and Technical Solutions teams and have an active programme to recruit “on demand” Associates to assist with projects and service desk resourcing requirements as demand naturally flexes over the year.
