Carl has more than 25 years’ experience delivering core business applications within various industry sectors and has been instrumental in developing the JADe and Ethical IT business ethos and client base. He has worked within the not for profits sector for approx. 20 years and has also worked for organisations such as the BBC, Logica and Diabetes UK.

Jim Druce

Co-Founder/ Chief Technology Officer

Jim has over 20 years of IT experience working in the Charity Sector and is responsible for the smooth running of the technical operations side of the business. Formerly a Unix Specialist in his early career, he has gone on to manage numerous successful IT projects both in the UK and International arena.

Alex Atirene

Head of IT Service Relations

Alex has over 20 years IT experience and a clear understanding of outsourced IT business processes and business development. He has managed many teams and run several projects while working for companies included Giotech, Microsoft and Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup

Rachel Jarvis

Head of Service Improvement

Rachel has over 20 years’ resource, operational and HR management experience gained at the BBC and within the private sector. She has led several business critical operational resource and service delivery departments, most recently for a global political and security risk consultancy delivering projects in hostile environments across Middle East and Africa.

Hayley Connage 

Project & Office Manager

Hayley is a dedicated Project Manager and has managed various sized projects within an array of industries spanning from Hospitality to Facilities Management. She is disciplined in Prince 2 Project Management and is acquiring her Agile accreditation.

Huseyin Rezvan 

IT Service Desk Team Leader

Huseyin has worked within the IT industry for many years. He comes with a wealth of knowledge of technical solutions, customer service and managing big teams, which he did whilst working for the NHS for many years and has thus used those skills to manage the Service Desk Team. He was the proud winner of a “People Focused” award, unanimously voted and awarded by one of our biggest clients for his skills in customer service and focus. His many areas of expertise are encryption technologies including Symantec PGP and disciplined in Prince 2 Project Management.
